Service and Terms

The Services are provided subject to these Terms and any operating rules or policies that Laravel Ecommerce may publish from time to time. Laravel Ecommerce may make changes or modifications to this Agreement at any time, and such changes or modifications are effective immediately upon the earliest of (a) Laravel Ecommerce email notification to you advising you of such changes or modifications, (b) your electronic acceptance of this Agreement after such changes or modifications have been made to this Agreement as indicated by the "Date of Last Revision" date at the top of the Terms.

The Services provides a collection of tools and resources to manage an online store, process orders and sell products online. In addition, the Services may include migration services relating to your use of the Laravel Ecommerce resources.

1.Delivery of Product

Files will be delivered as downloadable link or as attachment. We will assist you in installation if needed and as per the purchase order

2.Research

Our team involving in research about the current trend on the particular domain and implement the new features. Even though in any case if you have any problem contacts our support team they will rectify the problem.

3.Third Party Software’s / Plugins

During the development, we might have used free software’s / plugins provided by third parties. This may be free at this point of time, however, if any changes in the future, if not intimated also, customer has to adjust to the changes provided by third parties software/plugins or any others.

4.Limited Warranty

Due to open source technologies used, you have right to customize the design and development as per you wish using our source code. If your developer or any of your team customizes and error occurs from your end, we will not provide any warranty or guarantee support not further applicable at free of cost. If you needed you can hire our developers

5.Backup Copy

It is advisable to maintain the backup of software as reasonably necessary and in case any error is encountered in the software you can check with the backup software. So backup is more important.

Customer's Name and Trademarks

Name and Trademarks:    Customer hereby grants Laravel Ecommerce an exclusive right and license to use Customer’s name and such of Customer’s trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos ("Customer’s Marks") as are used by Customer on Customer’s hosted sites in connection with this Agreement, and images and publically-facing information about Customer on Customer’s hosted sites including, but not limited to, screenshots of Customer’s hosted sites and associated photographs appearing on Customer’s hosted sites.

Fees and Payment; Upgrade, Downgrade and Cancellation of Services

1. Fees

In consideration of the Services provided, Customer will pay Laravel Ecommerce all fees due according to the prices and terms listed on this website. Laravel Ecommerce reserves the right to modify its pricing and terms at any time, and such changes or modifications will be posted on this website and effective immediately upon the next renewal, billing period, upgrade of the services with and/or without notice to Customer. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Taxes

All fees are exclusive of all federal, state, and/or other governmental sales, goods and services, value-added, harmonized or other taxes, fees or charges. Customer shall be responsible for all sales, goods and services, value-added, harmonized or other taxes, fees or charges.

3. Payment

We accept payment through paypal, wire transfer and western union. Laravel Ecommerce does not provide refunds or credits for any partial days, months or years.

4. Upgrades

All upgrades are chargeable and every customer will get free upgrade for one year from the date of purchasing.

Support Policy

Here’s what we DO assist you with during the free support period

• Explaining how to configure the default features.
• Answering general questions on how to set up.
• Solving problems that occurred because of the wrong configuration.
• Setting up the default functionality.
• Exploring questions concerning the workflow, if they are not the result of a third-party code modification.

Here’s what we DO NOT assist you with during the free support period

• Exploring the issues caused by the server configuration and / or code modification.
• Upgrading your store and resolving issues that arose during the upgrading.
• Modifying the default functionality.
• Resolving database issues
